We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced
Team Leader Application Production Machinery (m/f/d)
located at our attractive European Headquarters in Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart).
Your principal tasks:
• Responsible for all activities in Milling Application Technology for Production Machinery customers
• Lead and develop the regional application team in line with the company strategy: efficient resource planning and resource management, effective target fulfillment (especially regarding time used and quality of results), training and coaching the employees according to their needs, setting priorities with the consulting & sales and technical consulting of the respective region and other European entities
• Analyze, evaluate, and process customer requests, execute technology- and turnkey-projects
• Increase customer satisfaction and sales excellence through sales support from a technical point of view
• Develop and maintain close relations with all internal and external stakeholders and be an interface between the headquarters and our affiliates and customers in Europe
Your qualifications & experience:
• Academic studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical education plus several years of relevant and proven work experience, preferably in the machine tool or Production Machinery sector
• Knowledge and experience related to 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling operation
• Knowledge in fixtures and tooling
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Obliging and professional appearance
• Strong analytical skills
• Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel
• Good communication skills together with a very good command of English and German
