They dispose of methodical and didactical knowledge to transfer the required information. All of them have excellent communication, mediation and moderation skills which are necessary to generate a strong and motivating learning environment. Analytical skills are also important to understand customers production processes and parts, machining strategies, requests and challenges. Trainers at Makino are flexible and able to keep up to date with changing methods, new products, new techniques and digitalization efforts. Of course they can also provide depth technical knowledge on Makino products to be able to give answers beyond basic operations.

Training is mandatory in order to utilize the products (machines, software, automation) in a competent and competitive way. For the trainee, this results in more output, shorter cycle times, improved accuracy or part quality furthermore prevents damage or excessive wear to the equipment, improves ramp-up times and recovery times after failures.

The customer defines the training and the content according to his needs or goals. Makino’s Trainers can provide onsite training, technical or production support and class room training for selected topics.
  • Onsite training: Dealing with the individual situation and providing customers individual training or guidance “out of the box”, handling situations flexible.
  • Classroom: Preparing the training environment prior to the training, organizing selected manuals, guiding the trainees through the program to generate maximized knowledge transfer.
