New Concept Pallet Interface: Polygonal Taper Pallet

A newly developed interface is used for pallet clamping. The distinctive shape of the conical shaft provides strong resistance against forces in the C-axis rotation direction. The No. 50 size and the two-sided restraint system with HSK clamping mechanism also enable high rigidity and repeatability.

Tool Magazine

A large-capacity 118-tool magazine is included.
A double-ring magazine system, using a highly reliable ring magazine, has been adopted.

Visually Driven, Colour-Coded, Operator-Friendly Pallet Management System

All WPS-related management and operations can be performed on this single screen. It is not necessary to switch between the LCD on the WSS (Work Setting Station) page and the NC screen to carry out operations or confirmations. The status of pallet placement for 8 pcs × 5 levels can be seen at a glance. In addition to easily identifying statuses such as “ready”, “finished”, or “pending”, the interface also intuitively displays machining orders, delivery orders, and more. It includes all functions required on the shop floor, including the ability to interrupt for express work.
